One of the biggest problems that our team saw in their work under the Gold Dome was that legislators’ staff were always playing catch-up. Whether trying to understand the inner workings of the legislature or trying to just find where to file a bill, legislative staffers are just not prepared.
That is where we step in.
Our process will train your staff so that when you arrive at the capitol in January, your staff is prepared to execute.

What we’ll do is meet with you to find out what your needs are for the upcoming session and what your staffing budget will be. After we know that, we’ll prepare a proposal for you within 48 hours for your approval. Once we get your approval, we’ll hire and train your staff before the legislative session starts so that you are ready to go on day one!

Our staffing contract is simple:
You pay us a one time fee of $2,000 which can be paid in multiple installments
We hire, train, and support your staff throughout the legislative session
You pay your staff based on the budget you provided
If you’re satisfied with our services, you can retain us to hire staff for your office again next session!
